Toonsam passes on invite only registrations

Dear users, after a looooong battle with the flood and other types of attacks to our site, we've took a decision :
From now on Toonsam passes on invite only registrations, all our members has already rights to generate free invites for they friends. For those who don't have an already regisitered friend the way is to buy an invite for the symbolical amount of 1€.
Check also our rules to get familliar with the changes.

Let's hope it will work fine.
I know lot of users would say it's not a good idea but it's a way to block that annonymous flooders.
